Four Steps in Paris by Rose Marie

Hello to all of you!
Let me start with my presentation: My name is Rose, I am 23 years old and live in Paris.
I traveled a lot and I’m a  loyal follower of these two mad  people called Cloudy and Dream.
I’m really glad they gave me a amazing opportunity to collaborate with them, and here is my first article.

Shopping for the Champs Elysée

Paris as all know, is one of the most important city  regard to fashion.
Fashion Week runway shows and secrets are the dream of many girls.
But not everyone can bring them to this world, but we can turn arountd in this beautiful city, visit showrooms and daydreaming as modern Jo Stockton.
From Charles de Gaulle square to Place de la Concorde are 2.5 kilometers of shops, lights, windows, sweets, gardens and smells of this city.
From the fantastic and huge Cartier’s shop on the square of Charles de Gaulle.

Then, after the usual ritual photos in front of the Arc de Triomphe, give it your back: now we are ready for the Champs Elysée!

The difficult thing is to choose which side of the road to go, the shops are many and from both sides, I will try to give you some very specific directions 🙂
Cinemas, bistros and Italian restaurants … the first shop to bet is Hugo Boss, on the right side of the road.
On the left side we have the Bistro Romain, nice small restaurant and not too expensive, and next to the famous Lido cabaret.
We have to make very few steps and cross the road if we want to stop in front of the glorious Louis Vuitton boutique.
H & M, Promode, MAC, Sephora, the fantastic Disney Store and Banana Republic.
Do not forget a stop by Laudrée to overeat Macarons!

After Roosevelt’s Square, on both sides of the road there are two large parks open for tours filled with kiosks and stalls.
If you then want to see something really cool, stay to the right because soon you will have in front of the Grand Palais des Champs-Elysées: better known as the Grand Palais, is an exhibition facility built for the Universal Exhibition of 1900, is currently used for exhibitions, fashion shows and concerts (and I can guarantee you that going to a cencert in there, it’s really really impressive!).
Well, unfortunately our tour is finished, in fact really miss a few meters from the Place de la Concorde, and I hope you had fun and that you enjoyed my first small article!

Salve a tutti!!

Chris De Burgh – Lady In Red

I’ve never seen you looking so lovely as you did tonight,
I’ve never seen you shine so bright,
I’ve never seen so many men ask you if you wanted to dance,
They’re looking for a little romance, given half a chance,
And I have never seen that dress you’re wearing,
Or the highlights in your hair that catch your eyes,
I have been blind;

The lady in red is dancing with me, cheek to cheek,
There’s nobody here, it’s just you and me,
It’s where I want to be,
But I hardly know this beauty by my side,
I’ll never forget the way you look tonight;

I’ve never seen you looking so gorgeous as you did tonight,
I’ve never seen you shine so bright, you were amazing,
I’ve never seen so many people want to be there by your side,
And when you turned to me and smiled, it took my breath away,
And I have never had such a feeling,
Such a feeling of complete and utter love, as I do tonight;

The lady in red is dancing with me, cheek to cheek,
There’s nobody here, it’s just you and me,
It’s where I want to be,
But I hardly know this beauty by my side,
I’ll never forget the way you look tonight;

I never will forget the way you look tonight…
The lady in red, the lady in red,
The lady in red, my lady in red,

I love you…

Corey Hart – Sunglasses At Night

 wear my sunglasses at night
So I can, so I can
Watch you weave
Then breathe your story lines
And I wear my sunglasses at night
So I can, so I can
Keep track of the visions in my eyes

While she’s deceiving me
It cuts my security
Has she got control of me
I turn to her and say

Don’t switch the blade
On the guy in shades, oh-no
Don’t masquerade
With the guy in shades, oh-no
I can’t believe it
‘Cause you got it made
With the guy in shades, oh-no

And I wear my sunglasses at night
So I can, so I can
Forget my name while you collect your claim
And I wear my sunglasses at night
So I can, so I can
See the light that’s right before my eyes

While she’s deceiving me
She cuts my security
Has she got control of me
I turn to her and say

Don’t switch the blade
On the guy in shades, oh-no
Don’t masquerade
With the guy in shades, oh-no
I can’t believe it
Don’t be afraid
Of the guy in shades, oh-no
It kinda scared you
‘Cause you got it made
With the guy in shades, oh-no

Oh, I say I wear my sunglasses at night
I wear my sunglasses at night
I wear my sunglasses at night
I say it to you now
I wear my sunglasses at night
I wear my sunglasses at night
I wear my sunglasses at night
I cry to you
I wear my sunglasses at night
I wear my sunglasses at night
