In theese days runs in newspapers, the news that Fellini’s house will be put on sale by the international Real Estate Agency, Coldwell Banker. The price is top secret, even if the value is about two millions of euros.

In the house of  Via Archimede 141, Fellini and his wife, Giulietta Masina, they lived there since January of 1955, ’til November 1968, then they move out into the streets of artists, Via Margutta

The aparment faces on Villa Elia’s park, into the heart of Parioli, a famous roman’s quarter. It’s a 250 square meters penthouse, plus other 30 terraces with: 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, study room, kitchen, living room, veranda with fireplace, more over a  cellar and a car spot.

It’s in these house that the master Federico Fellini, he created some masterpieces like the “Dolce Vita” and “8 e ½”.

In questi giorni sui giornali italiani circola la notizia che la casa di Fellini sarà messa in vendita dall’agenzia internazionale di immobili, Coldwell Banker. Il prezzo di vendita è top secret, anche se si stima che il valore dell’immobile si aggiri intorno ai due milioni di euro.
Nel casa di Via Archimede 141, Fellini e la moglie, Giulietta Masina, vissero dal gennaio 1956 al novembre 1968, per poi trasferirsi nella via degli artisti, Via Margutta.
L’appartamento si affaccia sul parco di Villa Elia, nel cuore dei Parioli, rinomato quartiere romano. Si tratta di un attico di 250 metri quadrati, più altri 30 di terrazzi, con: 3 camere da letto, 4 bagni, studio, cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e veranda con caminetto, oltre ad una cantina e un posto auto.
E’ in questa casa che il maestro Fellini creò alcuni dei suoi più grandi capolavori come la “Dolce Vita” e “8 e ½”.

Childhood is maybe the most important period of a human being growing up, is when whole begin, our mind are weak and reay to catch everything.

For many scientists, what appened during our childhood, is basic for our individual training.

L’infanzia

Dopo aver passato gli ultimi giorni a parlare di film per bambini ( e non solo) ci sembrava giusto approfondire quest’argomento che abbiamo solo sfiorato.

L’infazia è forse il periodo più importante della nostra crescita umana, è quando tutto ha inizio e le nostre menti sono fragili e pronte ad assorbire tutto.

Per molti studiosi, ciò che avviene nella nostra infanzia, sarà fondamentale per la nostra formazione individuale.

Questo è il nostro tema, vi invitiamo caldamente ad analizzarlo assieme a noi!

Walt Disney

Is impossible to talk about Disney without  mention his creator, the genius Walt Disney-

A man that started with nothing and ended with an empire, helped with a good degree of stubbornnes, talent and distrust of human behavior.

He had a rough childhood, and he struggled to find his way. But when he found it, he grabbed it: despite of al his problems, both economic and about work, he pushed himself upwards.

The idea to combine music with animated pictures was brilliant, so it is triyng to realised the first complete animated feature film or to open the first ever theme park.

He was an innovator and thank to him we, nowaday, can dive into a fantastic world.

He disappeared in Burbank (CA) the December 15th oh 1966, he was 6 years old; during his life he received some ufficial honor and an incredible numbers of Academy Awards (22 plus 4 Academy Honorary Awards), he also left to us his immortal heritage.

E’ impossibile parlare della Disney senza parlare del suo creatore, il genio Walt Disney.

Un uomo che è partito da niente ed ha costruito un impero, aiutato da una buona dose di testardagine, talento e diffidenza dei suoi collaboratori.

Ebbe un’infanzia difficile, e non trovò subito la sua strada, ma quando la trovò si aggrappò ad essa con tutto se stesso: nonostante tutti i problemi economici e lavorativi, si spinse sempre verso l’alto.

L’idea di associare la musica alle immagini animate fu geniale, così come quella del voler realizzare il primo lungometraggio animato o di aprire il primo parco giochi a tema.

E’ stato un innovatore e grazie a lui possiamo, ancora oggi immergerci in un mondo fantastico.

Scompare a Burbank (CA) il 15 Dicembre del 1966, ad oltre 65 anni, nel corso della sua vita ha ricevuto diverse onoreficenze ufficiali ed un numero incredibile di premi Oscar ( 22 più  alla carriera) e lasciandoci con la sua eredità immortale.
