Via Archimede 141

In theese days runs in newspapers, the news that Fellini’s house will be put on sale by the international Real Estate Agency, Coldwell Banker. The price is top secret, even if the value is about two millions of euros.

In the house of  Via Archimede 141, Fellini and his wife, Giulietta Masina, they lived there since January of 1955, ’til November 1968, then they move out into the streets of artists, Via Margutta

The aparment faces on Villa Elia’s park, into the heart of Parioli, a famous roman’s quarter. It’s a 250 square meters penthouse, plus other 30 terraces with: 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, study room, kitchen, living room, veranda with fireplace, more over a  cellar and a car spot.

It’s in these house that the master Federico Fellini, he created some masterpieces like the “Dolce Vita” and “8 e ½”.

In questi giorni sui giornali italiani circola la notizia che la casa di Fellini sarà messa in vendita dall’agenzia internazionale di immobili, Coldwell Banker. Il prezzo di vendita è top secret, anche se si stima che il valore dell’immobile si aggiri intorno ai due milioni di euro.
Nel casa di Via Archimede 141, Fellini e la moglie, Giulietta Masina, vissero dal gennaio 1956 al novembre 1968, per poi trasferirsi nella via degli artisti, Via Margutta.
L’appartamento si affaccia sul parco di Villa Elia, nel cuore dei Parioli, rinomato quartiere romano. Si tratta di un attico di 250 metri quadrati, più altri 30 di terrazzi, con: 3 camere da letto, 4 bagni, studio, cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e veranda con caminetto, oltre ad una cantina e un posto auto.
E’ in questa casa che il maestro Fellini creò alcuni dei suoi più grandi capolavori come la “Dolce Vita” e “8 e ½”.

Have you ever wondered how does it work a newsroom?
Have you ever wondered from what have begun the creators of any known magazine?

From an idea!?

Yes, that is a great starting point, but then you have to make your voice heard and read what you have written, your thoughts.

And then, what is it? A Personal Computer could be enough?

We’re here to talk about editorial offices, about making of it, and in particular our DelirHouse (because sometimes we do some delirious things eh XD)
Of course, we do not want to compare us to the newspapers, we are not so pretentious or presumptuous; we simply want to, once again, allowing you to have a look into our world.

Risotto with radicchio, red wine, red pepper and lime fries, Corona and Desperados beers, coffee and a flood of good music … that’s how born an editorial office.

Here, anewsroom it’s created like this: an idea, a medium and everything that we like and makes us feel good.

Come nasce una redazione?

Vi siete mai chiesti come nasce una redazione?
Vi siete mai chiesti da cosa hanno iniziato gli ideatori di qualsivoglia rivista conosciuta?

Da un’idea!?

Sì, quella è un ottimo punto di partenza, ma poi devi far sentire la tua voce e far leggere ciò che scrivi, ciò che pensi.

E quindi, cosa serve? Un Pc può bastare?

Siamo qui a parlare di redazioni, di come nascono, ed in particolare della nostra DelirHouse (perchè a volte deliriamo proprio eh! XD)
Certo, non vogliamo assolutamente paragonarci a delle testate giornalistiche, non siamo così pretenziose o presuntuose; vogliamo semplicemente, ancora una volta, permettervi di affacciarvi al nostro mondo.

Risotto al radicchio, vino rosso, patatine lime e pepe rosa, corona, desperados, caffè e una valanga di buona musica…ecco come nasce una redazione.

Ecco, una redazione nasce così: un’idea, un mezzo e tutto ciò che ci piace e ci fa star bene.
Ed ora divertitevi pure ad ammirare la nostra base operativa! 😉

Moka

The Moka is the device that is used to prepare espresso coffee at home, present in all Italian homes.
The moka was invented in 1933 by Alfonso Bialetti and his son Renato made ​​it famous around the world.

La Moka è l’apparecchio che serve per preparare il caffè espresso a casa, presente in tutte le case italiane.
La moka fu inventata nel 1933 da Alfonso Bialetti e il figlio Renato la rese famosa in tutto il mondo.
In quanto oggetto di design la moka è conservata nelle collezioni permanenti del MoMA di New York e del Triennale Design Museum di Milano.

The Moka is characterized by an octagonal shape and is made ​​of aluminum.

5 elements make up the moka:
. Boiler equipped with a safety valve

La Moka è caratterizzata da una forma ottagonale ed è in alluminio.
La quantità di caffè che può contenere si misura in “tazze” o “persone”.
5 elementi compongono la moka:
. Caldaia munita di una valvola di sicurezza
. Serbatoio del caffè: a forma di imbuto con piano filtrante, detto “filtro ad imbuto”, dove si mette la polvere del caffè. Questo alloggia a incastro dentro la caldaia
. Filtro: detto anche “piastrina filtro”
. Guarnizione di gomma
. Bricco: raccoglie il caffè e si chiude a vite sul serbatoio dell’acqua. Il bricco è provvisto di cannula da cui fuoriesce il caffè formatosi dal contatto tra l’acqua bollente e la polvere.

Il caffè si prepara versando l’acqua nella caldaia, tapparla con il filtro riempito di polvere di caffè, chiudere con il bricco e metterlo sul fuoco. L’acqua scaldandosi aumenta la pressione e risale verso l’altro, passa nel filtro dell’imbuto, filtra la polvere di caffè e poi passa nel filtro della piastrini. Qui i fori piccoli e fitti impediscono ai granuli di caffè di spostarsi nel contenitore superiore. Attraverso un beccuccio esce nel bricco.
